I recently called NORTHERN Honda to get a quote for a 2025 CRV hybrid. I asked for an all in price. The salesman that took the call, followed my instructions and provided me with a timely quote exactly as I asked. I had asked two other dealers to do the same thing so all three dealers would have exactly the same criteria. The dealer that won, the business was only $200 less in price than NORTHERN. The third dealer salesman was argumentative and wanted to know the other two dealer prices. That dealer was the most expensive. Unfortunately, only one dealer can win the business. The salesman at nORTHERN Honda was extremely professional and I would not hesitate recommending NORTHERN Honda.
Just purchased a CRV from northern honda and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Friendly staff, prompt responses over email and text to make sure it went smoothly. Huge shout out to Josh Dean for going over all my new features and making sure i got the right vehicle. I will purchase from Northern Honda again.
I was passing through town and went into the service department 10 minutes before closing time with a simple but critical issue with my Honda. They took me in resolved the issue within a few minutes and did not charge me. Thank you Northern Honda.
