I was passing through town and went into the service department 10 minutes before closing time with a simple but critical issue with my Honda. They took me in resolved the issue within a few minutes and did not charge me. Thank you Northern Honda.

Honda had connected with me about getting into a new lease. Tyler Hummel assisted me throughout the whole process! He ensured that I still got the same comfortability while upgrading to an SUV while keeping in mind the cost. He was personable and made me feel comfortable instantly. His customer service is top notch . Honda really takes care of their loyal customers!! Tyler was extremely knowledgeable when doing our test drives and made sure that I was happy with my choice. He made sure to go through everything and ultimately I left feeling really happy and confident with my choice. Big shout out to Todd as well for his service and I always appreciate his kindness when I go in. Thank you Northern Honda !! It's my third vehicle and I will continue to come back .
